Improving Organizational Well-Being

A new year provides the opportunity to take a step back and reflect on where we are and where we want to be. Whether personally, emotionally, physically, or professionally, the RN Well-Being Project encourages organizations to make time for reflection and enact change.

Our nurse experts have identified four categories in wellness improvement:

  • Work System and Labor Model Redesign,
  • Workplace Well-Being and Safety Infrastructure,
  • Healthy Leadership driving Healthy Culture, and
  • Administrative Process and Professional Practice.

Many workplaces can support their nurses’ well-being by making refinements in these areas.
