The Oregon Simulation Education Initiative (OSEI) curriculum developed and facilitated by experienced and expert simulation faculty. Each session will include theory presentation, small group activities and collaborative learning to provide focused, just-in-time faculty development for novice to competent simulation educators. The program will enhance competency among experienced and advanced simulation educators and provide all participants with knowledge and skills to develop as leaders in simulation within their organization.
