The Oregon Center for Nursing (OCN) is committed to educating nurses from all settings to embrace leadership. Providing leadership development for nurses throughout Oregon continues to be one of our top priorities. Since 2006, OCN has offered regular leadership and networking events designed to provide nurses with the opportunity to build their leadership and management skills, learn from one another and discuss current issues facing the nursing profession.

What do you love about nursing?

At the Oregon Center for Nursing’s Nursing Leadership: Navigating In Times of Change conference on February 14, 2013, attendees were asked to share what they love about nursing. Their responses were used to create the graphic above.
